Contract Agreement

I _______________________ ( buyer) agree to pay a non-refundable
deposit of $350.00 to reserve a puppy from the ____________________litter born__________.
Total purchase price of said puppy is ____________. Deposit is only refundable in the
event of death of puppy or illness of puppy before pick-up date. Breeder is not expected to hold a puppy past pick up
date unless special arrangements have been made ( delay in transport or training). Breeder will attempt to contact buyer
three ( 3) times. After third attempt, breeder ( Liberty Pines), is not obligated to hold puppy and contract is broken.
I also understand that the balance of purchase price of puppy ( and any training) , is due when
puppy is four ( 4) wks old. The breeder is not required to hold a puppy that is not paid for by the age of six ( 6)
wks. This is in fairness to others and the puppy.
I agree to have said puppy spayed or neutered by the age
of 6 months. I agree to keep him/her on the NuVet vitamins for at least one year. I understand that under no circumstances
am I to surrender said puppy to a pound or shelter, or dispose of puppy/dog in any way. If I decide to no longer keep
puppy/dog, I will give Liberty Pines Doodles first option to take posession of and try to place dog/puppy before giving or
selling him/her to a third party. Liberty Pines will do everything possible to help you re-home your puppy/dog.
Any breech of this contract will cause the guarantee to become null and void.
