Some things to have ready for your new
puppy....
1. Crate-
Get a medium size crate, for dogs that get up to arund 45 lbs. I suggest you get one for the car ( a plastic one), and
another for the house ( a wire one).
2. Doggy beds- get the ones with removable covers so that you can wash them.
3. Safe chew toys- Get
small ones for small puppies and larger ones for larger puppies.
4. Healthy training treats- You can order these from my site along
with your dog food. The shipping is about the same , no matter how much you order. Go to the ' Dog Food' page for more info.
5. Order your
puppy food- You can do this right here at your computer, from my ' Dog Food' page. We use Lifes Abundance and
that is what your puppy is started on and used to. It contains probiotics to help lesson the effects of stress on puppy
during his transition. This means easier clean-up and housetraining for you. It is also all natural and made fresh (
unlike the pet food at stores).
6.
You might consider a pet gate for your stairs or rooms that you don't want puppy to have free run of for a while.
The most important thing to have plenty of is
patience and love! New puppies are babies and aren't used
to you and your house. They only know their Mommy, litter mates, and us before you get them. Consider the training
that we offer.
